Dr Wasima is working as a Director of Corpus Research Centre. After completing her MA TESOL from the University of Edinburgh, UK, She did her Ph.D. from the same university. Her areas of interest are Corpus Linguistics, Gender Studies, Discourse Studies, Academic and Technical Writing, Curriculum Development and Syllabus Design, and Language Planning and Policy. She is credited for 44 publications.
