Abstract Guidelines

We invite submissions from all fields of Linguistics, Applied Linguistics and Literature for presentations in the general sessions (20 minutes plus 5 minutes for Q/A sessions), within one of the sub-themes via email ID: [email protected].

Abstracts should be written in English and should not exceed 200 words excluding title, keywords, and references. All abstracts accepted for the presentation will be published in the conference proceeding book.

GUIDELINES  FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

Please, read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.

  1. The corresponding  author is required to ensure that all the co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
  2. The corresponding author must be listed as the first author.
  3. Words in the title should be initially capitalized and their number should not exceed 12.
  4. Author name(s), affiliation(s) and email ID(s) must be mentioned in the submitted document.
  5. All paragraphs should be left- and right-justified with font Times New Roman, font size 12 and the line spacing 1.
  6. Keywords should not exceed 5.
  7. APA 7th edition should be followed for citation.
  8. Submitted abstracts should include non-published data only.
  9. The abstracts presented previously will not be accepted.
  10. Corresponding author will receive all correspondence about the abstract. ​
  11. Abstracts may not be edited/updated after final submission.
  12. There should be at least two citations in the abstract.
  13. You should attach your abstract with the email in the PDF or Docx form.
  14. Your abstract will not be successfully submitted until you receive a confirmation e-mail.
  15. The Committee will have a double-blind review of all the submitted abstracts.

  17. Notification regarding abstract acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the corresponding author.
